How do I request a print refund?

Refunds will only be issued for reasons of hardware failure that is verified by one of the IT staff members. Users are responsible for all prints done on your account, to ensure that the formatting is correct, and to ensure that you log off when done using a shared computer so the next user doesn't accidentally print using your credits. In the event of a hardware issue please hold onto the misprint until a refund decision has been reached. If additional information is needed, the actual document will be helpful.
All refund requests will be reviewed by the administrator.
To request a refund, log in at printers.ced.uga.edu, then go to Recent Print Jobs.
