How do I request a print refund?

Answer

Refunds will only be issued for reasons of hardware failure that is verified by one of the IT staff members. Users are responsible for all prints done on their account, to ensure that the formatting is correct, and that they log off when done. In the event of a hardware issue please hold onto the misprint until a refund decision has been reached. If additional information is needed, the actual document will be helpful.

All refund requests will be reviewed by the administrator.

To request a refund, log in at printers.ced.uga.edu, the go to Recent Print Jobs.
