How do I reserve a space in CED buildings?

Looking to book a classroom, pin-up space, or conference room? 


To reserve a space, go to

Select the category/building you want and a date/time. Classrooms default to four hour bookings, pin-up spaces to a day. The system doesn't allow users to do recurring bookings, but you can add multiple bookings. Other than the conference room in 112 JSB everything should automatically confirm.

Need to edit or delete your reservation? Once you reserve a space, your reservation appears below the time blocks. Use the trash can icon if you need to delete the reservation. If you need to edit the time, click the pull-down menu next to your time and edit in 15-minute increments. See the instructions page linked above for screenshots.
